The Teltek designed precision engineered Teltek designed C80
weigh platform guarantees weight stability, accuracy and
repeatability. Available fabricated in stainless steel, IP66
with conveyors driven by virtually maintenance free
brushless DC motors.
The C80 offers a range of belt sizes and reject devices to
suit customer specific needs including Air Blast, Pusher,
Single or Double Flipper/Divert Arm and Drop Flap.
The Teltek C80 is feature packed with wide ranging
Networking, Feedback and Communications capabilities, (wired
or wireless) giving management and operators total control
over their checkweighing. A Metal Detector Integral
Combination unit is also available. Up to four parallel
weighing systems can be controlled by one display and
software programme.
The Teltek weighing mechanism is easy to clean with quick
release tool free belt release and incorporates an open
designed stainless steel corrosion free load cell
guaranteeing longevity and trouble free weighing.

Teltek C60 is simple to use and has a easy-to-understand
menu with a large 15” VGA display. The function keys are
integrated on the display which eliminates the need of
external keyboard.
The Teltek C60 is computer based and features advanced
electronics and new, customizable software. The system uses
a high contrast, colour screen which gives razor sharp
displays not only of weighing results and charts of
individual weights and averages but also of information on
the article being processed. The menu screens make full use
of drop-down sub-menus which help operators get the most out
of the system. Product changes and alterations in product
details can be made quickly and easily with a minimum of
downtime.
Among much else, the software supplied as standard includes
a 250 article register with room for tare, nominal weight,
upper and lower weight limits, TU2 and conveyor speed. Other
menus permit adjustments of sorting signals, selection of a
variety of printouts and diagnostic testing. The systems
statistical capabilities include averages, standard
deviation and weight charts.
Teltek C60 comes with conveyor dimensions and quantity of
your choice. The conveyors are made for a minimum of
maintenance and are driven by brushless DC-motors.

Teltek C20 is the introducing checkweigher in the Teltek
C product family. Teltek C20 is mainly built for easier
applications where statistics and more advanced functions is
not necessary.

Teltek LS100
The TELTEK LS100 takes products delivered in groups across
the feeder and delivers a uniform line to downstream
systems. The LS100 is designed for rollstock machines and
other machines that present products in batches.
The LS100 is unbeatable at handling and organizing products
that are difficult to move laterally, e.g. flat products.
In creating the uniform line, the LS100 maintains each
individual product's orientation (without turning) on the
conveyor. This simplifies the task of downstream machines.
The TELTEK LS100 comes with a stainless steel stand and
electronics cabinet, an aluminium conveyor and a Plexiglas
safety hood. It is controlled via a PLC system and
photocells. Speed is determined by the length of the
incoming feed and the number of conveyors. Depending on
design, the LS100 can handle a total of up to 60 - 80
products per minute. The LS100 is CE marked and can be
supplied with several, easily interchanged conveyor options.
